Getting Staff to ASK QUESTIONS

Here is a cute storey …. Shawn at Auto Barn sent me a request for something in Exploris –I asked him to CALL IN the Request for Enhancement … when he did the help desk person knew the answer RIGHT AWAY … good for them …

The issus was — in F-8 you look up a part – why not have a QUICK way to get to Lisa or Patti or Parts Ledger … well …turns out there is … use the UTIL button …

asking questions pays dividends …
