Stock Counts and Inventory Accuracy

So we

have

a year and a bit of this test . ….   trying hard to NOT just correct the count ( and ending up on the Part Ledger flagged as a N item ….  our stores average 9 pages per month on N items …

The more important corrections we bill to a store use account and the store manager gets an e-mail copy … when we add in BOTH the found and the lost items … ( not subtract ) as we are looking for ALL errors …we get approx $5,000 in errors a month …

Anyone care to comment …

we use cycle counts – were some lines like BDR get counted multiple times a year and slow lines just once a year.
