Price Over-Strikes … who checks this ?

When is the last time you checked what is happening on price over-strikes … see LISA reports and Status — OVERSTRIKE … to see what is happening for staff who are giving discounts ( or charging more in some circumstances )

Point – the VALUE of the discount shows in POS DISC column after April 4 2013 as a enhancement update … that is handy … you don’t see this on the preview – but you do see it on Display  & Export. — I repeat …this is a GREAT enhancement … but who knows this ?? —

REASONS …asked on reasons..and found out we never set up any reasons … will try these and see what we need to add …

– now it is a matter of training staff to use the reasons …shown here ….  after writing this I can see a few more reason codes to add.  AND — exporting to excel allows all sorts of good analysis…  like who is giving TOO MUCH away ?
