Problems on VPN ?

On a couple of occasions, we have had trouble establishing a VPN connection on the terminal on Gary’s counter which is our “master” terminal.

Here’s what to do if that happens.

1. click on “start” in the lower left hand corner of the screen.

2. go to “settings” in the pop-up menu.

3. click on “network connections”

4. here’s what you should see.

If you see anything other than “Local Area Connection 2” marked as disabled, then you have to enable it.

Do this by clicking once to highlight the line, then right-click on it and a list of options will appear.

Click on “enable” and after a few seconds the status should change to “connected”

You might have to repeat this step on more than one line.
