Scanner for Inventory or S/R order check off – not quite ready for prime time

On the most recent software update ( which come few and far between …. imho ) there was a section talking about hand held portable scanners ( the counter scanners have worked we’ll for a long time ) … when we asked for more details we were ( and just now again ) told to wait they don’t work like one would expect them to work.

Checking off Inventory in S/R dept … they can’t figure out if parts are on multiple orders ( including Back Orders ) … dead on arrival … geee

 

For Inventory Counts .. something that should really be  a boost to productivity … not working like you expect … again … gee … come one guys … this is a no-brainer to get right ?
