The DNR ( Do Not Reorder ) flag …. Y or N… hmm …. ever wonder how many parts you have in your system that are NOT replaced by something else … and you have a DNR set to Y? We just ran a report generator report ( remember you have to Export …not Preview to make it work ) and found 600 parts in 3 stores with and order point but the DNR was set to Y. Out comes DFIU and we quickly updated about 10,000 parts that were set to Y and updated to N.
Weed your data …. keep it clean. D&T had been cleaned a while back – they had 447 additional updated ..the other stores had approx 5,000 each.
