Using DFIU and still learning

As noted earlier – the addition of using DFIU and applying to ALL stores has been a godsend for multi-store jobbers.

We grabbed the ranking report for Spectra Premium rads and updated the Desc #2 with the ranking – this helps us in deciding what to stock … as the sales movement codes have been weak for this line for many years … the improvement in our cost has helped boost sales thru the chain – so they are getting better …but …

We updated for all 3 stores theta 150 in ranking …these were 15 or so parts that we did NOT have in our active file … and were unsure if these would be updated or added with blanks for things like pricing and PN Codes… well..we are impressed that when we added the non-active parts that the system brought in the data from the non-active file … we will have to do more with this …
