    cannot find price and availability for cfi 84077
    it is listed in catalogue and we have sold it before it is listed as NIF

    Hi Dan … our 3 stores stock this ( 84077 fits a Smart Car 2005-07 -I looked it up ) …in Canada we have error in description (will get someone to fix it ) …curious why the Toronto DC shows blank sales … we sell enough. When NIF the system should pull from non-activefile and add to your store … if you area Corporate store they can lock you out of adding a re-order point (I am not sure ) ..push to get added. I see the Cdn price is rather high compared to the USA price …hmm …

    2007 chev impala lists PT189 socket for low beam bulb and PT1162 for high beam. These are reversed.

      Hi Robert
      I just shot the E-Cat guys a note and asked them to verify …they believe it is in correctly. USA stores have the PRS system to report problems and us Cdn guys use the e-mail ‘catalogPRS(at)carquest(dot)com’. If you have something else to help verify the mistake can you send more details to them …I find the guys ( and gals ) in this dept to do a very good job of verifying and getting e mistake fixed ,,, and I give limited praise … but they deserve it. …:-)

      Hi , I was searching for a rear axle seal for the above vehicle . No listing in our catalog . I searched another catalog and found a Motorcraft part number BRS52 . This number does cross in our interchange to SLS 710067 and we do have stock . Please update our catalog . Thanks . G

      So —moral of the storey …the more counterman we can train to submit problems to CARQUEST the faster we fix the bugs in the e-cat … right ? I hope so.
