On the post from yesterday –we showed problems with duplications … well — in digging for the answers here is what we find …
1) approx 50 jobbers have asked for and have set up ALL DATA from Epicor … we are one of these 50 or so …this gives up all lines and when needed we can add lines we have in our system as an X line … for us this is Brake Rotors or Hub Bearings and the Dorman line of Control Arms ( but that has extra issues as of late
2) solution is –
a) drop all X lines and the duplication of product type ( Tail Light …vs Tail Light Bulb )
b) make arrangements for X Line to send data to Raleigh and they would add for us …
Decisions –decisions … we think we will take door B …does this effect your store ?
